Barack Obama and the Law of Attraction

If you study metaphysics long enough, you can’t help but look at the world through the eyes of the Law of Attraction. My husband has been glued to the TV for the past few days, watching the Iowa caucuses unfold. Personally, I don’t watch much TV, especially the news and politics because I’m firm in my belief that change and expansion in our world occurs through consciousness and vibration. Save for a few exceptions news and the media do little to raise my vibration.
HOWEVER! I did sit down to listen to the top candidates’ speeches after the results were in and I was moved to tears when I realized that the United States of America is raising its vibration! The results say it all. As humans we battle fear every day. Since 9-11 the fear in our country has escalated and our government and media has magnified it. There is no way that our country could manifest a seven year war, increasing debt, resistance from the global community and corruption if our collective consciousness - our collective vibration - wasn’t putting that out into the Universe.
Well, thank Source for contrast! I guess it has gotten bad enough that the scales have tipped! I guess enough people have been cultivating a consciousness of love, of peace, of hope and of healing that we summoned forth a candidate who stands for this. Barack Obama IS this vibration. Despite the other candidates’ promises and extensive political experience, our country has raised its vibration enough to allow a young, idealistic, hope-filled leader of multi-cultural ancestry to not only emerge, but to represent the consciousness of a country that is choosing love over fear, hope over cynicism, unity over separation, and commitment over competition.
Whatever this presidential election holds, I will continue to set my sights on a country that stands FOR what it wants rather than AGAINST what it doesn’t want!
