They include: India, Brazil, Spain(2!), Hungary, Korea, Croatia, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovak Republic, Latvia, Russia, and even back home in New York!

For those of you who dismiss the power of visualization and other Law of Attraction tools and techniques, all I can say is:  take this as a case study.  If you can let go of HOW it happens, and WHEN it happens, and just focus on IT IS HAPPENING… IT HAPPENS! 

My dream and calling has been to reach and help as many souls as I’m meant to reach and help all over the world.  It keeps taking a whole lot of getting out of my own way, and when things like this happen, I just keep saying THANK YOU, UNIVERSE!

So… now just waiting on my books to arrive from the printers so that I can ship the sample copies out for review.

This really drives me crazy!  More than anything this is such a disservice to anyone who is pursuing big life dreams because when “Poof!” doesn’t happen, many seekers throw the baby out with the bath water.  They think, “See this LOA stuff is a bunch of woo-woo!”  And they give up on a POWERFUL body of knowledge that could literally bring them everything they desire.

So, here’s the REAL skinny on the “time” factor with manifesting:

Yes! If you have

a) zero resistance in terms of beliefs and emotions,

b) zero attachment to whether or not you manifest you desire, and

c) you’re 100% clear and aligned with what you want (i.e. no mixed feelings)…

then your desires can come into your experience virtually immediately!  Often you’ll see this with things that really aren’t a big deal, or don’t carry a big charge… (i.e. parking spaces, attracting the perfect book or tv show, a chance meeting or conversation that makes your day.)

However, when there ARE limiting beliefs, or when you have strong emotions or attachment – all of this can affect how quickly or slowly your dream or desire will manifest, if at all.  AND very importantly, just because YOU “think” you want what your want, it doesn’t mean that EVERY PART OF YOU wants it.  Your soul has a say in the matter.  And not all of us are in clear communication with our souls. 

Your conscious mind (which is often the same as your ego mind) is not always in service to your soul or your highest good.  And your soul has great power in what you will or will not allow into your life.  So, the term “Divine Timing” is a very real factor.  What if the delay you’re experiencing, what if the challenge you’re experiencing is something your soul wants and needs in order for you to grow into the YOU, you need to be to allow and live your big dream?

The bottom line is that the Law of Attraction works.  Most of us are born with the basic tool box needed to harness its power, but that doesn’t mean we know HOW to use the tools.  That is something that can take some study and practice.  And even though the Law of Attraction is a consistent law which can allow you to tap into the infinte, it doesn’t mean that it can be used as a magic wand.  In the process of learning how to activate our power as the creators that we are, we must at least be WILLING to be patient, and courageous, and do the foot-work.  It is through a willingness to study and practice the disciplines, advanced principles and subtle nuances, that the way to seeming miracles, ease, grace and freedom can INDEED become our experience!

Are you willing to do the work to tap into this life-changing body of knowledge?  Or are you still chasing after the “Poof!” myth?

Having dabbled in most energetic tools for divination and insight (numerology, palmistry, I Ching, astrology, tarot, etc.) I knew this would be a significant date.

So I did a little research and found an article by master numerologist Hans Decoz. Amidst his in depth analysis, he explains that this date marks a significantly magnified energy of endings and beginnings. I don’t know about you, but I can surely feel it! And it is playing out for many of my clients and friends in powerful and sometimes very challenging ways.

What is one to do during these times of change and transition? Keep engaging the power of Letting Go. It is, as I often say, the key that many seekers miss in their quest to understand and own their power as the intentional manifestors of their own lives.

Most recently, I’ve been addressing “Letting Go” in depth in my Ultimate Manifestation System Boot Camp and in my own personal life. I’m having the opportunity to practice what I preach at a level I haven’t had to stretch to in a long time.

Sometimes we have to let go because things are NOT going our way.  Sometimes we have to let go because things ARE going our way and we get so excited that we start to want to control everything!  Well, I’m glad to say that in my own life, the latter is happening.  The stars seem to be lining up and a number of things I’ve longed for, wished for, prayed for and visualized for are gelling.  There is REAL PROGRESS and movement emerging.  And with the excitement comes fear, nervousness, and antsy anticipation.  What is a seeker to do when their dreams ARE coming true?  KEEP LETTING GO!

And so, I’ve been leaning on one of my my favorite prayers.  It was written for me by Reverend Cheri, who at the time was at the Living Enrichment Center (no longer exists and I don’t know her last name to credit her appropriately).  In a time of great challenge she gave me this prayer to use in my relationship with my mother.

I have always used it for relationship challenges, but most recently I’ve been using it for situations and decisions. 

I find it incredibly powerful! 

I always take some deep relaxing breaths before I start.

And I read each line slowly… really taking in the feeling and the meaning.

Just fill in the blanks with the person or situation you need help with. 

The prayer REALLY helps me to let go of control, surrender, and trust in the highest good!

Joyfully, I share it with you:

(I’ve modified it to neutralize religious references.  Feel free to adapt it as feels right for you.

The word “her” is used in the prayer, but you can replace “her” with “him” or “this”.)

The Divine* Presence stills my mind and emotions.

I am calm and at peace.

I breathe into the Presence of divine Love and Light,

and know that God provides for my every need.

I am loved.

As I feel the peace of spirit deep within my soul,

I send blessings of love, light, harmony, peace and joy to

(person’s name or situation).

Willing, I release her into the tender care of the Infinite,

trusting God to guide me in all of my actions and reactions with her,

and to guide her to her highest good.

I give thanks for this precious gift of life, and for the gifts that
(person/situation) brings to me.

And so it is.

Amen

I am compelled now more than ever to find a way to serve and the Universe has been sending me ALL KINDS of inspiring ideas about just how to do that.  I’ll be talking to my mentor/coach this week to run things by her and do more brainstorming and will keep you all posted.

However, I’m called to talk about… rather ask about… something else – women who are tired of being and feeling alone.  Maybe this isn’t a total departure, but an interesting springboard… as I look at the ultimate joy and celebration and marriage that many women seek… I think about the women who feel very far away from that experience.

This is not out of the blue.  In the last two months, thoughts of single women who feel “on their own” in life and in the world have been tapping on my inner brain.

I think in part because I have female family members that fall into this category and I’ve recently been drawn into really trying to imagine what it would be like – at 40 to have never (that I know of) been in a successful relationship with a man.  And a few clients in their 50’s who, although they’ve dated and even been married, at this stage in their lives they find themselves on their own, really having to take care of themselves, no companion, but also not much of a sense of deep belonging  – not with family, not with friends, not with community.  Or my mother, who was widowed at 48 and lived the rest of her life (24 years) without a companion.

I remember when I was single.  I remember a deep loneliness that I ultimately discovered had been the persistent pain I had been stuffing down with Bulimia.  I remember the personal growth work I needed to do to come to peace with aloneness, to understand how to relate to my loneliness in a more powerful way, the mindset shifts I had to make about being strong, being vulnerable, being needy, and being open and receptive to other forms of love and support…

I’ve been married to my husband happily for 14 years (together 17), with two beautiful children.  We having loving supportive friends, family and community.  The woman alone in the world is no longer my reality or anything I have to deal with.  At least right now, this is joyfully true.  And yet, I’ve very aware that life by nature is change.  Children grow up and move out.  People live, people die.  I’ve accompanied more than one client through painful divorce, death of a spouse, empty nest syndromes. 

But, even with the current abundance of relationships during this chapter of my life, sometimes loneliness still shows up.  The difference today is that I know what it is really about (afterall, it can’t be about how many people are my life, right?), I know how to listen when loneliness knocks on my door, and I know how to nurture MYSELF to feel “not lonely” again. 

What’s the  point of my inner ponderings?

I’m thinking I want to help women who relate to this?

I’m wondering if there is a need out there?

Do you struggle with being alone or lonely? 

Do you know anyone who does? 

Do you have questions you’re seeking answers to about how to change things? 

Is there some way I could help you? 

I wonder if the Universe is nudging me to put some kind of a class or group together.

There’s been a lot going on for me on a personal front and I’ve had to really pull back my energy to focus on the top priorities.  That’s why I haven’t been writing very much and most of what you HAVE BEEN hearing has been about the tele-class series and upcoming boot camp. 

I didn’t want you to think that I’ve become all about marketing.  My intention is always to serve and be a resource first and foremost.

However, in honoring my commitment to my clients, the tele-classes and boot camp that I already had scheduled… all other creative energy for writing, twittering, face-booking, etc. has moved to the back burner out of necessity.

You see, my mom is not doing well.  She was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer almost 4 years ago.  The amazing thing is that she was given 3 months to live and she beat all the odds.  The challenge is that in the past month she has had set-backs and challenges and we are still trying to stabilize things.  Fortunately, she is in a wonderful facility and has the incredible support of Hospice.  So, although I’m not doing the heavy lifting physically, I am doing it emotionally and spiritually… and it can be pretty tiring.  I’m hyper vigilant of self-care because living my life purpose by serving all of you is what keeps me well and connected to Source.  Self-care for me means being very clear and responsible about honoring my priorities and saying “no” when and where I need to.

So, thank you for understanding.  I know you do.  As always, I am so grateful for the opportunity to live my higher purpose through my connection and relationship with all of you.  If I didn’t have this, I’d definitely go coo-coo!

If you’re new to this exercise the common response is, “There’s NO reflection! We couldn’t be more different.” Ahhh, but there’s the key. There is ALWAYS a reflection because it is impossible to recognize something in our outside world that does not already exist in our inner world. The reflection may not always be obvious, but it IS there. If you can’t find it at first glance, oftentimes the reflection can be found in the polar opposite.

For example, my buttons get REALLY pushed by people I consider narcissistic or arrogant. When I recently looked for the reflection in myself I thought, “Geez… the last thing I want people to think is that I’m selfish. I go out of my way NOT to appear that way.” But the truth is that in my own struggle to overcome my “not good enough” demons, I can indeed find myself making it “all about me.” This happens when I worry too much about whether or not “I’m delivering.” This focus on whether or not I’m performing well keeps the attention on me. The self-focus and analysis gets in my way of truly serving. It blocks me from opening up to allow the bigger me – my connection to Source – to express through me.

Powerful stuff wouldn’t you say? Well, this concept of reflection plays out at an even bigger level, too. It just so happens that where we struggle in one area of life can be seen in other areas of life. Everything is connected!

And so it is with this as my latest source of inspiration that I look so forward to teaching my final tele-class in the series, 3 Secrets to Blowing the Lid off of Stuckness and Self-Sabotage. Although in this third class, our focus is “Manifesting Health and Well-Being,” I’ll be talking about how everything is connected. Come discover how your health and body issues play out everywhere in your life – your relationships, your money issues, your job satisfaction – everywhere!

So, this afternoon we were watching the inaugural celebration entitled, "We Are One."  Beyond politics, the concept of Oneness is one that resonates for Chris and I, as our life paradigm is based on this truth.  Needless to say, we were moved beyond words as we watched, listened, and felt the words, music and energy of this historical event on tv.

When suddenly, our son runs in the house, yelling, "Come here!  Come here, quick!!!!" 

"What? What?"

"There’s a bald eagle on the Namaste Tree!  There’s a bald eagle on the Namaste Tree!

We ran out and sure enough, there was a bald eagle on the Namaste Tree.

You have to understand – this is a never-before-experienced event.  It isn’t like bald eagles frequent our property.  Yes, we’ve had chickens, dogs, cats, alpacas, raccoons, mice, hawks, owls, lizards, coyotes… but bald eagles… never.

And on the Namaste Tree?!  For those of you who don’t know, "Namaste" means the divine in me honors the divine in you.  So… you can imagine it felt like a sign of confirmation and support for all the hope and inspiration we were feeling.

Do you think our vibration attracted the bald eagle?  I like to think so!
