Manager of Partner Collaborations

Success for the Soul^® is an upward reaching, heart-centered business serving individuals and organizations that are ready to access and utilize progressive human development concepts for greater success and fulfillment in personal and business arenas. We have built a community for dynamic seekers and innovative professionals, and provide them with educational products, as well as private and group classes and coaching programs.

We are looking for a Part Time Manager of Partner Collaborations to create new business partnerships and joint ventures for Success for the Soul^®. These Joint ventures will serve to expand our community, collaborate with other heart-centered businesses and organizations, and reach many more seekers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research businesses, organizations, and individuals that would be aligned with Success for the Soul^®
Cultivate relationships to connect Success for the Soul^®with those businesses for joint ventures and mutual support
Be the point-person for distributing information about Success for the Soul^®events/initiatives to joint venture organizations, as well as receiving information for their events that we will promote
Coordinate affiliate programs

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND EXPERIENCE

Persuasive, energetic, passionate, loves to connect with others
Must be passionate about being a contribution to humanity by supporting others in their pursuit of success, healing, purpose, and positive transformation!
Must be comfortable speaking with new people and initiating connections with others
Great at follow-up and follow-through, organization, and being self-motivated
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, resourcefulness and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once
Ability to work with deadlines
You will be provided with training and a system to work with. We are looking for someone that can happily and successfully work independently once given a basic structure.
All work will be done from your home/work space and your own computer
Excellent work ethic and sense of professionalism

COMPENSATION

This is an incentive based position. Compensation will be on commission basis to start. Once you have a proven track record, compensation will be based on salary plus commission.
