Law of Attraction – Magnify Your Receiving

Yesterday I taught Lesson #11 of the 2009 Ultimate Manifestation System Boot Camp. It was SO powerful to connect with and deliver the primary theme of this lesson… one that is so easy to forget, especially in times of challenge. That theme is:
ASK and IT IS GIVEN!
I was so invigorated as I reconnected with the higher principles behind this lesson that I felt inspired to focus on this for a while on my blog. So over the next few weeks, watch for an unfolding discussion about how YOU can magnify your receiving!
Let’s jump in…
First let’s talk about the underlying assumption: Ask and It is Given.
Before we can look at magnifying our receiving we have to understand how this is true. The bottom line is that there is ONLY ONE Source. This source is pure energy and its nature is completeness, wholeness, well-being, freedom, power, health, joy, prosperity… all that we desire. Because there is ONLY ONE, it means that you, me, EVERYTHING is made up of this same Source Energy. There is no separation. In other words, all that we are, all that we desire ALREADY EXISTS as energy. And the moment we ask for something – as a request, an intention, even a non-verbal preference, the Universe provides it – IN ENERGETIC FORM.
What does this all mean? It means that when we ask, it IS given. But just because it is given doesn’t mean we are in a place to receive it. And receiving is OUR job.
The Universe’s job is to provide it. Our job is to receive it. And there are indeed things we must do in order to do so.
What you must do to consistently magnify your capacity to receive is to cultivate a consciousness of openness and receptivity. When you are open and receptive, you’re not just open and receptive to the dream itself. You are open and receptive to EVERYTHING that you need in order to participate in the manifestation of the dream. The consciousness of openness and receptivity allows divine guidance to inspire your actions and orchestrate the details that will bring your dream into your experience.
Being open and receptive is about being in the right energetic vibration to allow your dream in, but it’s more than that. When you are open and receptive, you are able to let your soul guide you every step of the way toward your dream, through gut feelings, intuitive nudges, “aha” moments, synchronicities, uncanny “coincidences” and “chance” meetings.
In future blog posts, I’m going to review 3 key concepts and practices that will help you to remain in the most receptive state possible for your dreams to come into your experience:
1) Follow Your Bliss (i.e. Keep your vibration as high as possible)
2) Understand Your Job Description in the Manifestation Process
3) Use the Right Tools
