Law of Attraction – Prosperity Fundamentals #5

In order to allow more prosperity into your experience you must understand and cultivate an consciousness of spiritual entitlement. When I read about this in Eric Butterworth’s book, Spiritual Economics, the wheels started turning in my head.
Hmmm… spiritual entitlement. This is more than deservedness. One one feels entitled, one simple expects things to be a certain way. There is no questioning. There is no justification. There is no doubt. There is no need to attempt to convince yourself of your worthiness because your divine right simply is.
Now, in order for you to understand and cultivate spiritual entitlement, you may need to sort through limiting beliefs associated with the term. Sometimes the word entitlement carries a negative connotation. One of privilege, or arrogance, or ego or injustice. Other times entitlement connotes basic rights such as basic human legal rights. However, Butterworth explains:
"… the basis of entitlement is the startling assertion: The Universe owes you a living! Yes, we are saying owes you a living. Note: We are not saying that the world owes you a living. Actually the world owes you nothing. You are a creative expression of the Universe, with the responsibility to let your light shine. Thus you owe the world a life. But in all the many ways in which you apply yourself in the world, the Universe owes you complete support."
And…
"Each of us is an individualized expression of the creative process, no matter how circumstances have obscured the reality. The great need is to help us to know this for ourselves, to claim our own "entitlement" from within. When persons in poverty begin to know, really know, that they are a center within an affluent Universe, then in ways of personal motivation, ingenuity, guidance, and the unfoldment of opportunities, the whole Universe will soon be rushing, streaming, pouring into them from all sides."
In other words each and everyone of is is a vortex through which Divine substance flows. The sense of entitlement comes from simply knowing that this is who your are. That this is your true nature. You don’t have to earn abundance. You ARE abundance. Not a stagnant pool of it, but an eternal fountain. And the only thing that stops or inhibits the flow is what you BELIEVE about yourself and the nature of the Universe.
Could you consider the possibility that you are channel through which infinite abundance flows. And you are entitled to this flow of abundance because who you really are is a child of the Universe?
