Law of Attraction: Tool #1 for Magnifying Your Receiving – Become Obsesses with Finding Ways to Feel Good!

TOOL #1 BECOME OBSESSED WITH FINDING WAYS TO FEEL GOOD

It can be difficult to remember what makes you feel good when you feel bad.  That’s because the Law of Attraction is at work.  If you’ve been feeling bad, your frequency is at “feel bad” on your dial.  So, you’ll need to start small and work your way up.

•   Reach for the next best feeling thought, one thought at a time. Abraham-Hicks calls this moving up the vibrational scale.  This means that you don’t have to leap from angry and depressed to joyful.  That’s too hard.  But you can reach for the next best feeling thought and the next best feeling thought and the next.  From depressed, to angry , to frustrated, to indifferent, etc. 

•    Another helpful way to direct your obsession to find ways to feel good is to create a FEEL GOOD LIST.  Just take 15-20 minutes to sit down and write down EVERYTHING that makes you feel good!  Then keep it handy and when you need it, go down the list and see what grabs your attention.  All you have to do is think about that one thing for 17 seconds and the energy will attach itself to you and kick your vibration up a notch.  Then see if your elevated energy guides you to think about the next best feeling thought and think about that for another 17 seconds or so.  Keep doing this.  Before you know it you will feel lighter and better.  (One of my sure-fire ways to instantly “get happier” is to think about kissing my children’s cheek, or feeling their little hands in mine.)

•    Become a student of all things that raise your vibration.  In addition to daily spiritual practice, my personal practice is to ALWAYS have a book, audio, program – anything that I expose myself to EVERY single day.  Remember, less is more.  Consistency is much more important than quantity.  If al lyou do is read 1 page at night before bed of something that connects you with higher truth or a higher vibration, OR listen to 10 minutes of high vibrational information in the car on the way to work, this will consistently elevate your vibration.

•    TAP, TAP, TAP – Remember tapping (i.e. Emotional Freedom Techniques) is one of the fastest ways to feel better.
