Hi Wenny,

Thanks so much for visiting, for sharing your wisdom and for your encouragement about mom. It has definitely been a roller coaster... but she is doing much better getting care from a wonderful caregiver and we're all so grateful.

BTW, I checked out your blog... insidemybubble... I think I tried to leave a comment, but got detoured by a technical gremlin. Great blog!

Hi Sonia, it's good to hear that your crisis is finally settling down and you're back to share new thoughts and ideas to inspire us.

You know, we have often been taught to learn through our mistakes. In fact, we're told the lack of it, we will not be the wiser. This are the heterosuggestions that has been implanted into our mindset from our childhood right up to our working life or even the senior years. It has become a natural habit that requires much reconditioning.

Personnally, I believe the first step to reverse this negative habit is to build trust in others' abilities. To have trust is to have confidence, in your child, in your spouse, in your co-workers, in your employees so on, that they will be able to shine greatness in their own way and own pace. Just give them the chance without pre-judgement!
